Ingredients 🛒(Serves 1)
For the Latte:
  • 1 tbsp apple pie spread or apple butter

  • Double shot of espresso

  • 3/4 cup milk of choice (whole milk gives the creamiest texture)

  • Caramel sauce (optional, to line your cup with before pouring)

For the Caramel Cold Foam:
  • 2 tbsp heavy whipping cream

  • 1 tbsp caramel sauce

  • A pinch of cinnamon (optional, for topping)

Instructions 🧑‍🍳
  • To make the latte, brew a double shot of espresso and pour it into a cup.

  • Stir in the apple pie spread until fully dissolved.

  • Steam or heat your milk until warm and frothy, then pour it over the espresso mixture.

  • To prepare the caramel cold foam, whisk together the heavy whipping cream and caramel sauce until thick and foamy in a small bowl or cup.

  • Line the inside of our drinking cup with caramel sauce (optional). Pour in the latte and spoon the caramel foam over your latte. Sprinkle with a touch of cinnamon if desired.
