Ingredients πŸ›’:
For the Fries:
  • 4 medium russet potatoes

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp seasoned salt

  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  • 2 tbsp of oil

For the Garlic Butter:
  • 3 tbsp butter

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

  • Garlic salt

For Finishing:
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

For the Garlic Aioli (Dipping sauce):
  • 1/2 cup of mayonnaise

  • 1 tsp lemon juice

  • 1 garlic clove, minced

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

  • 1 tsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions:
  • Prep the potatoes: Wash and slice the potatoes into fries. Place in an ice bath for 15-20 minutes. Drain and dry thoroughly - fries must be very dry for crispiness.

  • Season the Fries: In a large bowl, toss fries with garlic powder, seasoning salt, smoked paprika, black pepper, and oil until evenly coated.

  • Air fry: Air fry the potatoes at 400℉ (200℃) for 30-35 minutes, tossing and shaking every 8-10 minutes until the Fries are golden and crispy.

  • Make the garlic aioli: While the Fries are cooking, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, minced garlic, garlic powder, black pepper, and parsley. Chill until ready to serve.

  • Make the garlic butter: Melt butter in the microwave with minced garlic and garlic salt until fragrant.

  • Once fries are done, drizzle with garlic butter, then toss with Parmesan cheese and parsley until evenly coated.

  • Serve immediately with garlic aioli, extra Parmesan, and parsley for Garnish.
